As an exhibitor at the 2nd Annual Creative Xpo, you will be exposed to a wide range of creative businesses and consumers throughout Georgia eager to connect with your skillful works, product or service. We want to make sure that all exhibitors are interactive, creative and fun for the guest.  If you can provide this service, then we’re looking for you.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Create a profile on ConnectiD under "Xpo Exhibitor Sign-up." This is free.  Required
Step 2: Feel free to share "What's Up" with your creative works or business by clicking on the "Articles Option."
Step 3: If choosen to exhibit, our team will contact you within a week after submission. (Deadline: 12/15/17)  
Step 4: Make payment. Exhibitor fees are listed below. Required

BASIC Requirements:

We encourage you to create your own space.  Think OUTSIDE the Box.  Make it work for you. 



Over 300+ individuals, professionals, and business owners are anticipated to attend the 2017 event but the event cannot guarantee or warrant this attendance.



* ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. No reimbursements will be made what-so-ever.
* The fee is based off the date your profile was created on ConnectiD's website.  


For Business Space, exhibitor fees will cover the following: exhibitor space + Logo on Website + 5 FREE tickets + description/images/logo/video resume or reel on ConnectiD’s website for 1 year. Getting Started.


For College Students Space, exhibitor fees will cover the following: exhibitor space (shared space) + 2 FREE tickets + description/images/logo/video resume or reel on ConnectiD’s website for 1 year.  Getting Started.


Exhibitors will need to provide the following, if needed: 

The Fernbank Museum will provide 6ft rectangular table or round table (whichever is available) and 2 chair(s) per table. ConnectiD will provide: 

All exhibitors must complete their profile on ConnectiDGA.org before January 1, 2018. ConnectiD or The Fernbank Museum reserves the right to refuse exhibit space if the product or service or the booth area is not consistent with the character of the event.




Exhibitors will be displayed to attendees from 6:00 PM to 9:45 PM. Breakdown is from 9:45 PM to 10:00 PM.



All exhibits must be designed, constructed and operated in good taste with the best interest of the Event and public safety. ConnectiD and The Fernbank Museum reserves the right to prohibit or restrict exhibits that because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason become objectionable. In the event that restriction occurs, ConnectiD will not refund fees or any other expenses. The event does not guarantee exclusivity of products sold or services offered. Exhibitors may not sublease any part of their space or participate in any third-party advertising or third party promotions or display third party signage at their booths.


Decorations may not be nailed, tacked or otherwise fastened to The Fernbank Museum's infrastructure. Only floor tape is recommended or anything equivalent to use for running cords.  The goal is not to damage the floor.  


Distribution of flyers, brochures or any advertising marketing materials must be confined to the exhibitor booth space. Promotional materials or signage may not be affixed to any structure inside or outside of the event venue.



Exhibitors will conduct sales of products or goods direct with the event consumers and shall be entitled to retain 100% of the proceeds from these transactions. Exhibitors must furnish their own cash bank and credit card processing if they wish to take credit cards. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell any sodas, food or water.



There will be no refunds at any time after fees have been paid.



(1) standard outlet will be provided for each exhibitor if needed. Bring any power/extention cords if needed. 



ConnectiD will make location assignments available for each exhibitor approximately the day before the event. Space assignment priority will be given based upon date of receipt of completed registration and payment. ConnectiD reserves the right to make modifications to the layout of the exhibit area if circumstances warrant, at its sole discretion. Exhibitor space must not obstruct other exhibits or walk paths.



Exhibit load in and set up will take place Thursday January 18, 2018 afternoon starting at 4:00 PM. Load out will take place Thursday January 18, 2018 at 9:45 PM. Exhibitors will receive a reminder regarding load in and set-up 1 day prior to the event. Exhibitors that fail to abide by load in schedule and deadline may risk forfeiture of event space. In the event of late shows, event will not be obligated to refund event space fee.



The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save ConnectiD and The Fernbank Museum against any and all claims, losses and damages to persons or property and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibit space. In addition, the Exhibitor acknowledges that ConnectiD and The Fernbank Museum do not maintain insurance coverage covering exhibitor’s property and it is sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance, including, if desired business interruption and property damage covering losses by the exhibitor. Responsibility of the security of the exhibitor’s area, products and property rests solely with the exhibitor.



ConnectiD shall have no liability whatsoever for damage, of any nature, to any person, matter, or thing resulting from storm wind or water, or other acts of God, or imminent threat thereof, nor from fire, strikes or lockouts.
