Multimedia Coordinator


This job will support our Multimedia operations in Advertising to ensure that all campaigns, sponsorships and ad schedules are executed properly, start and stop on time and as scheduled and provide results that align to the KPI and advertiser expectations. Individuals in this role assists with digital fulfillment services by working with advertising sales and with the AJC and CMG Digital Shared Service Teams. They will also provide fulfillment of all print related assets for the AJC and its additional products (Living Intown/Living Northside Magazines as well as various special sections) and all insert products, including Print and Deliver, preprints and commercial print jobs. The MMC will manage all digital ordering, package orders (print, inserts & digital combined orders) and assist with creative development, creative collection and provide client facing customer service when appropriate. The role requires close daily collaboration with sales and their customers. Provides customer support to internal and external clients from order entry, creative execution, billing entry and reporting. The position will be responsible to work independently to provide administrative and customer support related pre/post-sale activities. JOB DUTIES & TASKS Management of advertising campaign execution with various vendors and partners. Responsible for confirming fulfillment and accurate, timely orders of digital elements, inserts and print ads Builds advertiser relationships while working in a collaborative sales environment Required to provide detailed communication with CMG service teams execute digital campaigns accurately and on time Collaborates with Account Executives to evaluate product and service offerings against customer needs and budget to aid in creating a dynamic media plan Manages client expectations through a high degree of follow-through and communication with customer Supports some pre-sale needs (assists with, research gathering, in-house art design and speculative art requests, etc.) Facilitate post-sale activities to ensure deadlines and business rules based on department are met Interacts daily with clients and media delivery team to ensure account retention and growth to improve customer service Initiates ongoing optimization of digital campaigns to meet KPI and campaign deliverables Independently decisions changes to targeting, creative and other elements of ad campaigns and assets based on training, expertise and in response to events (ex. Breaking news, major announcements, etc.) Troubleshoots advertising delivery and technical issues Work closely with Order Services team, FRC and IT to ensure billing, credit and production issues are communicated and resolved quickly Assists with billing and order entry for digital & print campaigns in a variety of systems as needed Assists management special projects as needed Provides exemplary customer service to internal and external clients Proven solutions-focused customer service skills All other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred EXPERIENCE: Marketing/Advertising experience of at least 1 year Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Experience with DFP, AdBase, Site Scout and Affinity preferred ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to new vendors, systems and software quickly Must be available to work between hours of 8:30 am and 6 pm Occasional need to work weekend hours or after business hours during the week Ability to work collaboratively and creatively Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills Must be able to work under pressure in a rapid change, rapid growth environment Strong organizational skills Click link to learn more and apply
